Shivika Salon ("we", "us") operates the Shivika Salon mobile app for our existing salon clients. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices — kept short and in plain English.

1. What we collect

The app also displays your existing salon records — bills, receipts, wallet, membership and packages — that the salon already maintains for you as part of normal business operations.

2. What we do not collect

We do not access or collect your location, photos, contacts, microphone, camera, calendar, health data, or any biometric information. We do not track you across other apps or websites. We do not use advertising identifiers.

We do not sell or share your personal information. We share data only with the service providers listed below, and only as needed to operate the app.

The app asks for one permission only — push notifications. You can grant or deny it when prompted, and change it anytime in your phone's Settings. No location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos or other permissions are requested.

Session tokens are removed when you sign out or delete your account. Salon billing records (bills, receipts, wallet entries, memberships, packages) are retained by the salon for business and statutory reasons.

8. Security

Traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Session tokens are stored on your device using its built-in secure storage. We follow standard practices to protect your information.

9. Children

This app is intended for adult clients of Shivika Salon. It is not directed at children under 13.

10. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and notify you in the app.
