Appointment requests made through the app are not bookings until the salon confirms them. Any price shown in the service menu is informational; the final bill reflects services actually delivered.
You may send private feedback through the app. If you submit a star rating, the app may also offer the same optional link to review the salon publicly. Private feedback is sent to the salon; choosing the public-review link opens a third-party service with its own terms and privacy policy.
